Apple Crumble可算是我至愛的甜品,其實真係好易做,
今之見到Jamie Oliver嘅食譜,於是又試下,
內容與我之前做開的冇乜分別,不過減糖試做一次,味道不錯。

萍果切粒加入糖、肉桂及酒拌勻。
crumble部份只係攪拌勻雪硬
準備入爐

Apple Crumble by Jamie Oliver - 5 cups
Crumble (下次可以加大呢部份)
35g rolled oats
35g wholemeal flour
20g caster sugar (我加咗小小肉桂粉)
35g butter
Filling
400g apples (2 pcs), peeled, coren and quartered
50g sugar (我加咗小小肉桂粉,糖都減咗10g)
1 tablespoon water (我冇落到水,用咗1湯匙酒)
我加咗小小提子乾
Preheat the oven to 190C. Peel and core the apples, quarter and cut in to chunks.
Put the apple into a pan with the sugar and water. Cook over a
low heat for 5 minutes and place in a small ovenproof dish.
Pleace the flour and oats in a bowl and mix well.
Cut the butter into small cubes and add this to the oats and flour.
Mix with your fingertips until it resembles an even curmb texture.
Add the sugar and mix through.
Cover the fruit with the crumble mixture. Bake for approximately 20 minutes
unitl the crumble is golden and the apple hot.
